We are proud to announce that our president Ernie Lynch was one of four Finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur OfThe Year 2013 under the Cleantech and Manufacturing category in Ontario. 2013 marked the award\u2019s 20th<\/sup> anniversary of honouring the country\u2019s most impressive entrepreneurs. Ernie Lynch is known as an entrepreneur driven by perfection and can be considered a futuristic visionary in terms of global trends \u201cTo continue our growth, we are focusing a large portion of our efforts on our international distributors and partners.\u201d says Ernie. Ernie has been investing new resources and technology to strengthen the company\u2019s state-of-the-art facility. He takes great pride in his employees, stating; \u201cOur employees are a key part of everything that we do and achieve. We hire people with energy, flexibility, adaptability and staff who are not afraid to change.\u201d Ernie also points out that, \u201cThe Lynch team knows that we are on the path from good to great and I feel that it is energising for them to belong to a winning team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
