ENGINEERING EXPERTISE - Over 100 years of combined knowledge • At Lynch we will double check your schematics and component selection for suitability to ensure your manifold works perfectly the first time the system is commissioned. • Parts are solid modeled using the latest 3D manifold software and the corresponding Approval Drawing(s) are sent back to you, our customer, to ensure that we have not omitted anything from your request.
QUALITY CONTROLS– A minimum of 20 sign-offs for a simple project • We machine with the latest CNC equipment and multi-step form tools. • Serialize & engrave identifiers to determine data for warranty & intellectual protection. • Meticulously debur & clean your manifolds. • When required, we will provide stress analysis reports & design checks. • Pressure test manifolds for various board certifications. • In-Process and Post-machining inspections are done on all parts.
OUR PROCESS & DOCUMENTATION– A minimum of 20 records or files • As the first step we will verify all data and commitments. • Provide proper drawings for troubleshooting or verification in various formats -(PDF, ACAD, IDW, IPT, STEP, SAT or IGES). • Create a unique part number proprietary to you, our customer, in our ERP system. • Present you with Mill Certificates or Certificates of Compliance on request. • As an ISO certified company Lynch will provide process documentation on request.

Servo and Proportional Valve Repair
At Lynch Fluid Controls we offer repair services, calibration, and sales of servo & proportional valves, controls cards and servo actuators.
Servo systems are serviced on our computer controlled test center, which assures precise and consistent quality test reports from our 5000 psi servo grade stainless steel test stand with oil filtration to 3.8 microns absolute.
We have over 30 valve adapters to accommodate the most common valve mounting patterns and we can design and manufacture adapters for any special valve on a rush basis if required.
