ELECTRO-PROPORTIONAL VALVES WITH ON-BOARD ELECTRONICS

Sun's new amplifiers with embedded electronics are built for easy assembly and to meet unique customer requirements. Offered in a wide range of control configurations and connector options. Sun's electro-hydraulic valves with embedded electronics are ideal for both mobile and industrial applications. COMMON EMBEDDED AMPLIFIER FEATURES FOR ALL BOARD OPTIONS
3 Board options:

Two connector options:
	- 6 pin deutsch connector - IP69K rated. - DIN 43650-Form A (4 pin) connector - IP65K rated.
Two coil options:
	- 12 V DC - 24 V DC
Assembly is ultrasonically welded & polyurethane potted for environmental protection. Min & Max outputs are separate and settable, with fully adjustable ramps. CE Approved - Conforms to European CE Standards for EMC for immunity and transmission. Low profile coil/controller combination for use with proportional solenoid valves. Digital Design. Valve assemblies can be supplied pre-set to customer specified parameters. Parameters are changed via hand held programmer & infrared (IR) link.

PROPORTIONAL VALVE AMPLIFIER
Provides proportional control using 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA command. 4 or 6 wire device. Adjustable dither frequency to maximize performance.
RAMPING AMPLIFIER FOR PROPORTIONAL VALVES
Independent ramp up and ramp down settings. Ramping up/down is controlled by digital on/off input. Ramping times adjustable from 0 - 120 seconds (in 0.5 second increments). Adjustable dither frequency. What models can these kits be used on? These amplifiers are compatible with the following Sun proportional valves; FMDB, FPCH, PRDM, PRDP, PSDP, RBAN, RBAP, FMDA, FPCC, PRDL, PRDN, PSDL

POWER SAVER AMPLIFIER FOR SOLENOID VALVES
Reduces the holding current required by the solenoid coil after the valve has shifted to the energized position. Reduces power consumption of the solenoid. Reduces heat generation - coils run cooler. Extends coil life. Shift time and hold current are user adjustable. Can extend operating range of switching valves. What models can this kit be used on? The power saver amplifier is compatible with the following Sun Solenoid Valves; DBAL, DLDAS, DNDA, DNDC, DNDYS, DTCAS, HDDA, DAAL, DBALS, DMDA, DNDAS, DNDY, DTCA, DWDA, HDDAS, DAALS, DLDA, DMDAS

HAND HELD PROGRAMMER
Used to set all the parameters for proportional valves with embedded, plug mount, ramping, and power saver amplifiers. Easy to use - intuitive & simple. On-board memory to store limited number of programs. Self contained - battery powered. Battery Saver - turns itself off when not in use. Valve set point parameters can be stored. Large LCD display. Infrared (IR) link to the valve amplifiers via separate communication cables for different applications:
	- Embedded electronics (image to the right). - DIN plug mounted amplifier.
